From a Farmhouse to the Forefront of Technology

Our story began not in a boardroom, but in a Manheim farmhouse in 1991. That was where our founder, Lamar Weaver, started TCW Computer Systems with a simple mission: provide the local community with reliable, refurbished computers. His commitment to quality and service quickly earned a loyal following.

In 2004, our vision expanded when we welcomed Glick Audio & Video, a local leader in audio-visual solutions since 1959 (Originally selling from Glick’s Seed Farm business), into our family. This wasn’t just an acquisition; it was the integration of two legacies of craftsmanship. By uniting TCW’s IT expertise with GAV’s mastery of sound and vision, we created something truly unique for Central PA.

This 1957 receipt marks where two family legacies intersect. Vernon Glick sold a record player to J. Lloyd Harnish, the grandfather of Phil Weaver, who today co-owns the very same Glick Audio & Video business. This document is a testament to the deep, local roots and generational continuity that define TCW-GAV.
